据他称，在与俄罗斯和巴基斯坦领导人的会谈中，他重申了伊朗对该地区和平的承诺。为了结束他归咎于以色列和美国的战争，有必要承认伊朗的“合法权利”，支付赔偿金，并提供强有力的国际保障，以防止未来的袭击。
