X’s direct competitor delayed arriving in the Old Continent to allow time to study the impact of European rules
The Meta Group today launched in Europe the social networking platform Threads, a direct competitor to X, which until now was not available in the European Union.
The platform has been operational since July in the rest of the world, but the Meta group preferred to delay its arrival in the EU to allow time to study the impact of European rules.
