Taison to stay at PAOK until 2026

PAOK and Taison have reached a verbal agreement to extend their cooperation until the summer of 2026, as reported by Dimitris Tsormpatzoglou on bwinΣΠΟΡ FM 94.6.

The Brazilian footballer is expected in Thessaloniki in the coming days to sign his new contract, which will earn him 650,000 euros per year.

Razvan Lucescu counts on Taison's quality and leadership, despite the smaller role he is expected to have in the team.

In his 2.5 years with PAOK, Taison has made 111 appearances, scored 17 goals and provided 20 assists, and was the scorer of the winning goal in the game against Aris that sealed the championship title in 2024.
