Appointment Scheduling at the Welfare Service to be Electronic-Only from July 2025

The Welfare and Rehabilitation Service for Displaced Persons announced that, starting July 1, 2025, public service at the District Offices of Nicosia, Limassol, and Larnaca will be conducted exclusively through electronic appointment scheduling.
The service has launched an online platform for scheduling appointments, aiming to improve services and facilitate citizen assistance.
Citizens can select the District Office, the type of housing assistance, and the desired date and time for their appointment. Appointments are scheduled between 8:30 a.m. and 2 p.m., subject to availability.
After booking, citizens receive an email confirmation with the appointment details and have the option to cancel or reschedule. In case of difficulties, the public can contact the local District Offices for guidance.
