Trump Signs Bill to End Government Shutdown

US President Donald Trump signed the bill on Tuesday to end the federal government shutdown after three days.
The American president called the signing a “great victory for the American people” at the White House. The bill had been passed earlier in the House of Representatives with 217 votes in favor and 214 against.
The agreement ended the shutdown that began on Saturday, amid a dispute between Republicans and Democrats regarding funding for Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and its operations in Minneapolis.
