Minneapolis: Criticism of Federal Forces' Operations

In Minneapolis, two operations by federal forces have resulted in the deaths of citizens. On January 7, Rene Guud was killed by an ICE officer, and recently Alex Preti, 37, a nurse, lost his life during an operation.
The Trump administration is using the language of self-justification in the Preti case. Donald Trump accused the governor and mayor of 'inciting insurrection' and demanded that they 'let the brave patriots of ICE do their job'.
Questions are being raised about the legality and restraint in these operations, as well as the control of state arbitrariness.
The question is whether the United States will safeguard its borders with legality and restraint.
