Bus Crashes into Dock at Dulles Airport: 18 Injured

A bus carrying passengers crashed into a dock at Washington Dulles International Airport, resulting in injuries to 18 people. The accident occurred on Monday afternoon (11/10) around 4:30 p.m. when the bus, which shuttles between the terminal and aircraft, collided with the dock.

According to the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority, the injured sustained mainly bruises and were transported to the hospital by the Fire Department. Officials assured that their lives are not in danger. The airport remains open and operating normally.

The airport buses are approximately 16.5 meters long and 4.9 meters wide, with a capacity of up to 102 passengers.
