US House Approves Release of Epstein Files

The US House of Representatives voted to release more files related to the case of Jeffrey Epstein, convicted of sex crimes. The vote concluded with 427-1.
The legislation is referred to the Senate for approval. Republican Representative Clay Higgins from Louisiana was the only member to vote against it.
Former President Donald Trump, who has been criticized in the past for his relationship with Epstein, stated he would sign the bill if approved by Congress, abandoning his initial opposition.
