US: 21 Dead from Arctic Freeze, 1 Million Without Heating

In the US, at least 21 people have died due to the arctic freeze.

An estimated 1 million Americans are without power and heating.

Temperatures as low as -30 degrees were recorded in the states of Minnesota and Wisconsin.
