USA: 11-year-old Kills Father Over Video Game

An 11-year-old boy from Pennsylvania, USA, allegedly fatally shot his father for hiding his Nintendo Switch. The incident occurred on January 13.

Police arrived at the family's home after a report of an unconscious man. Officers found a 42-year-old man dead with a gunshot wound to the head.

According to police reports, it was the child's birthday. The boy reportedly found the key to the gun safe in his parents' bedroom, opened the safe, took a gun, loaded it, and shot his father.

When asked why he did it, the boy replied that he was angry and hadn't thought about it. He faces charges of homicide.
