Hamas Releases Video of Israeli Hostage in Gaza

Hamas has released a video of an Israeli hostage being held in Gaza. The hostage appears weakened and extremely thin, held in a tunnel.

Israeli media identified the hostage as Evyatar David, who was abducted on October 7, 2023, from the Nova music festival. The video alternates between images of David and children suffering from malnutrition, referencing the humanitarian crisis in Gaza.

Yesterday, Islamic Jihad released a video of Rom Braslavski, also abducted on October 7, 2023. Of the 251 people abducted, 49 remain in Gaza, with 27 reported dead, according to the Israeli army.
