Trump Announces Formation of Peace Council for Gaza

Donald Trump has announced the formation of a peace council for the Gaza Strip. The members of the council, which he will lead, will be announced soon, as he stated via Truth Social.
The council will oversee a temporary Palestinian committee of 15 technocrats, headed by Ali Saath, to manage daily affairs and rebuild the area after two years of war.
Nikolai Mladenov is slated to lead the peace council's operations on the ground. According to Axios, representatives from Britain, Germany, France, Italy, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Egypt, and Turkey will also participate in the council.
Steve Witkoff stated that the second phase of the American plan for the reconstruction of Gaza has begun.
In the Gaza Strip, where the borders are controlled by Israel, shortages of food, water, medicine, and fuel are observed.
