Israeli Media: Iran's Conditions for a Middle East Agreement

According to Israeli media outlet Channel 12, Iran has set a series of strict conditions for ending the war in the Middle East, within the framework of indirect talks announced by Donald Trump.
The demands include guarantees of non-resumption of hostilities, a new arrangement for the Strait of Hormuz under Iranian control, the closure of American bases in the region, and financial compensation for war damages.
Channel 12 also reports that Iran may show flexibility by suspending its ballistic missile program for five years, reducing uranium enrichment, and discussing uranium reserves enriched to 60%.
Furthermore, it could agree to inspections by the International Atomic Energy Agency and halt funding to regional groups such as Hezbollah, Hamas, and Iraqi militias.
