Islamic Jihad Releases Video of Israeli Hostage in Gaza

Islamic Jihad has released a video showing an Israeli hostage held in Gaza. The man was allegedly abducted during the Hamas attack on Israel on October 7, 2023.

The video, which is over six minutes long, features the hostage speaking in Hebrew and calling on the Israeli government to take action for his release. His identity is not revealed.

AFP reported that it was unable to verify the authenticity or date of the video.

According to the Israeli army, of the 251 people abducted, 49 are still being held in Gaza, with 27 confirmed dead.
