Iran: Reactions to Trump's Statements About Khamenei

Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi criticized Donald Trump's statements regarding Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei and Iranian nuclear facilities. Araghchi described Trump's statements as "disrespectful and unacceptable."
According to Araghchi, Trump claimed that the US military had "annihilated" nuclear facilities in Iran but ensured that Ali Khamenei was spared. The Iranian minister emphasized that the Iranian people do not appreciate threats and insults.
Araghchi also criticized the Director General of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), Rafael Grossi, for his "malicious intentions" regarding visits to the bombed nuclear facilities.
US strategic bombers struck three key Iranian nuclear facilities on June 22, following the start of Israeli attacks on June 13.
