Gaza: Israel to Slow Humanitarian Aid, Pressing for Evacuation
Share on:

Israel has announced it will slow down the delivery of humanitarian aid to Gaza as it escalates military operations. An Israeli official, speaking on condition of anonymity to the Associated Press, stated that the decision is linked to the expansion of operations and the parallel evacuation of residents to the south.

The Israeli armed forces have declared Gaza City a "battle zone," claiming it is a stronghold of Hamas. The Israeli military has intensified attacks on the outskirts of the city.

Meanwhile, Israeli military spokesman Avichai Adraee urged Palestinians to leave Gaza City, calling the evacuation "inevitable." Aid organizations warn that such an evacuation would exacerbate the humanitarian crisis.

According to the Ministry of Health in Gaza, an additional 10 deaths "due to starvation and malnutrition" have been recorded in the last 24 hours, bringing the total number of hunger-related deaths to 332 since the start of the war.
