Gaza: Trump Discusses Post-War Plans with Israelis

American and Israeli officials convened under Donald Trump to discuss the post-war future of Gaza. Discussions focused on the future of Palestinians, without Palestinian representation, in Washington.

US envoy Steve Witkoff stated that Hamas accepted the latest mediators' proposal, possibly due to Israeli pressure, and expressed confidence that the war would end before the end of the year.

Donald Trump predicted that the end of the war in Gaza would come in two to three weeks and expressed displeasure at the recent Israeli killings of journalists.

Expectations for pressure on Israel to agree to a ceasefire are limited. Egyptian and Qatari pressures are being exerted for an official response to the ceasefire proposal from Israel.

On the ground, Israeli raids on Gaza City are intensifying, with residents crowded into a small area. Israeli military spokesman Avichay Adraee stated that the evacuation of the city is inevitable.

At least 76 Palestinians have been killed in the last 24 hours, while 10 have died of starvation. Israeli attacks are also escalating in the West Bank, with a siege in Nablus and numerous injuries.
