Erdogan: Israel Will Pay the Price for the Slaughter in the Middle East

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan stated on Friday that Israel will pay the price for the slaughter in the Middle East. The statements were made after prayers for Eid al-Fitr at a mosque in Rize, his hometown.

"The Middle East is in turmoil, and this Zionist Israel has slaughtered hundreds of thousands of people. I have no doubt that they will pay the price for this," Erdogan said.

Erdogan also referred to the month of Ramadan and the celebration of Eid al-Fitr, wishing it to be a means of salvation and unity for the Muslim world.

During his visit to Rize, Erdogan tasted local bagels, emphasizing that "you won't find them anywhere else."
