UN Investigation: Israeli Attacks in Iran May Have Violated International Law

A UN-mandated fact-finding mission stated on Monday that some Israeli attacks in Iran may have violated international humanitarian law.
The mission cited the killing of civilians in an apartment building in Tehran, as well as the deaths of three humanitarian aid workers.
According to the statement, among those killed in Tehran were residents of an apartment complex and three workers from the Iranian Red Cross.
Damage was also reported to a clinic for children with autism and a hospital in Kermanshah.
The mission expressed concerns regarding proportionality, distinction, and precaution, due to the reported lack of effective warning from Israel.
