Zelenskyy: Agreement for Tribunal on Ukraine Attacks

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has signed an agreement with the Council of Europe to establish a special tribunal. The tribunal will be responsible for prosecuting and trying those responsible for attacks against Ukraine.

The development was announced by Alain Berset, President of the Council of Europe, the human rights organization in the European continent, which includes 46 countries, including Ukraine.
