Zelenskyy: US Requested Postponement of Trilateral Talks

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated that the US requested a postponement of the next round of trilateral talks to resolve the war with Russia, now in its fifth year.

Zelenskyy, in statements broadcast after his visit to France, mentioned that American negotiators are unable to leave the US due to the situation in the Middle East.

Russia opposed holding the talks in the United States and suggested Switzerland or Turkey as alternatives.
