Zelenskyy: 'Peace Agreement is 90% Ready'

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated that the peace agreement to end the war with Russia is 90% ready. However, he emphasized that the remaining 10% will determine the fate of peace, Ukraine, and Europe.
In his New Year's address, Zelenskyy assured that Ukraine wants an end to the war and is doing 'everything' for peace, but will not accept a deal at 'any cost'. He insists on strong security guarantees to prevent a new Russian invasion.
Negotiations continue amid territorial claims, with Russia seeking the annexation of Donbas. Zelenskyy rejected the idea of withdrawing from Donbas, arguing that Moscow would not stop there.
