Kherson: At Least 24 Killed in Ukrainian Strike

Moscow has announced that at least 24 people have been killed and more than 50 injured in a Ukrainian drone strike on a hotel and cafe in Kherson.

According to Vladimir Saldo, the Russian-appointed governor of the province, the attack took place during New Year's celebrations in Khorli, a seaside village near Crimea.
