Khamenei: The US Wants Iran Subservient

Iran's Supreme Leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, accused the United States of seeking to make Iran subservient. The statements were made during a speech at a mosque in Tehran.

Khamenei called on the Iranian people to form a united national front against the plans of the US. He also called for the alignment of society, the government, and the armed forces against the US and Israel.

Referring to the June attacks by Israel and the US against nuclear facilities, Khamenei claimed that the aim was to destabilize the country. He also accused "agents of America and the Zionist regime" of trying to sow discord.

Khamenei warned of the dangers of internal division, which he attributed to foreign interference, stressing the need for unity in defending the country.
