Trump: Machado's Nobel gesture a 'wonderful sign of respect'

Machado linked her gesture to a historical example from Latin America, referring to Simón Bolívar and the gift of a medal with the face of George Washington. The Norwegian Nobel Committee reminded that the prize is not donated.
