Kompos Talks with Iranian FM on Nuclear Program

Foreign Minister Konstantinos Kombos held a telephone conversation with Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi on Friday, focusing on regional stability issues and diplomatic efforts.

According to a statement by the Foreign Ministry, the discussion centered on the follow-up to talks between the US and Iran held in Oman. The need to continue the dialogue was emphasized, with particular focus on Iran's nuclear program.

The Republic of Cyprus stressed the need for more diplomacy and a focus on de-escalation.
