Starmer-Trump Discuss Ukraine and Russian Attacks

British Prime Minister Keir Starmer spoke with U.S. President Donald Trump to discuss developments in Ukraine, focusing on Russian strikes on energy infrastructure.

The attacks left thousands of households without electricity and heating, including in Kyiv. Meanwhile, Ukrainian negotiators are heading to Abu Dhabi for talks with Russian and American officials.
