Salvini to Zelensky: 'You're Losing the War, Sign Peace Now'

Italian Deputy Prime Minister Matteo Salvini has called on Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky to pursue a peace agreement immediately, stating that Ukraine is losing the war.

In a speech, Salvini said: 'After all the money, efforts, and aid received, Zelensky still dares to complain. My friend, you are losing the war, you are losing people, you are losing credibility and dignity. Sign a peace agreement as soon as possible.'

Salvini has repeatedly opposed sending weapons to Ukraine and has criticized the Ukrainian regime for corruption scandals.

Italian Foreign Minister Antonio Tajani described Salvini's statements as 'ungrateful' towards the EU.
