Russian Media: Assassination Attempt on Sergei Shoigu

Russian media report an assassination attempt on Russia's former Defense Minister, Sergei Shoigu. According to Moskovsky Komsomolets, the Russian intelligence service FSB had announced the prevention of an attack against a "high-ranking official" without naming him.
The FSB claimed to have discovered an explosive device and a hidden camera concealed in a vase of flowers near the grave of a family member of the official at the Troyekurovskoye cemetery in Moscow.
The FSB reported that Ukrainian intelligence services recruited a couple from Russia, an illegal immigrant from Central Asia, and a resident of Kyiv named Dzhaloliddin Samsov to assassinate Shoigu. The Russian couple and the Central Asian resident were arrested.
