Russia and Ukraine Conduct Prisoner of War Exchange

Russia and Ukraine have conducted a new prisoner of war exchange, according to announcements from the Russian Ministry of Defense and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.

Reportedly, 84 Russian soldiers returned from territories controlled by Kyiv. In exchange, an equal number of Ukrainian prisoners of war were handed over.

President Zelensky stated that among the released Ukrainians were civilians who had been held for nearly a decade.
