Approximately 140 US soldiers have been injured in the war with Iran, according to Reuters news agency and the Pentagon.

The Pentagon confirmed that the injuries occurred during operations and conflicts. The majority of injuries are classified as minor, with 108 soldiers having returned to duty after medical care.

The number of injured is higher than the Pentagon's initial report, which spoke of 8 seriously injured soldiers.
