Ukraine: EU to Propose Terms to Russia for Agreement

The head of European diplomacy, Kaja Kallas, stated that she will propose drafting a list of terms that Europe will set for Russia to end the war in Ukraine.

"Everyone around the table, including the Russians and the Americans, needs to understand that Europeans need to agree (for there to be a peace agreement)," Kallas told a group of news agency journalists in Brussels.

"In that regard, we also have terms. And we must set these terms, not to the Ukrainians, who have already been pressured a lot, but to the Russians," she said.
