Ukraine: Third Round of Negotiations to be Held 'Soon,' Says Peskov

A third round of negotiations to find a diplomatic solution in Ukraine will be held 'soon,' the Kremlin announced. Negotiations between Moscow and Kyiv took place in Abu Dhabi, with the presence of American officials.
Russian presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov said that there is no exact date yet, but it will be soon, according to the Ria Novosti news agency.
Peskov described the talks in Abu Dhabi as 'very complex' but 'constructive.' Russians and Ukrainians met for two days, with the only tangible result being a prisoner exchange.
New talks are expected 'in the coming weeks,' according to Kyiv. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that his negotiating team will inform him about the 'sensitive aspects of the negotiations' and that he will speak with European partners.
Diplomatic efforts are stumbling over the issue of territories, with Moscow demanding that Kyiv abandon the Donetsk region.
