Ukraine-Russia: At Least 3 Killed in Attacks

At least three people have died in attacks in Ukraine and Russia. Two people were killed in the Rostov region of Russia by a drone attack, according to local governor Yuri Slyusar. A car caught fire after the attack.
The Russian Ministry of Defense reported that it destroyed and intercepted 54 drones, including 24 in the Bryansk region.
In Ukraine, the mayor of Dnipro, Boris Filatov, announced the death of one person in a skyscraper. In the Kharkiv region, three people were injured in bombings in Zmiiv. The mayor of Kharkiv, Ihor Terekhov, said the city was under combined attack with various types of weapons.
In the Zaporizhzhia region, fires were reported after Russian attacks, and an apartment building was hit without casualties, according to local governor Ivan Fedorov.
