Ukrainian forces announced they have struck three drilling platforms owned by Russian oil company Lukoil in the Caspian Sea. The affected platforms are V. Filanovsky, Yuri Korchagin, and Valery Grayfer.

According to a Ukrainian statement, the platforms were used to support the Russian occupation army. "Direct hits were recorded. The extent of the damage is being assessed," the statement said.

The platforms supplied fuel to the Russian army, according to the Special Operations Forces (SSO) of Ukraine, which carried out the attacks.
