Ukraine: Sniper Eliminates 2 Russian Soldiers from 4 km

A Ukrainian sniper from the special unit "Pryvyd" ("Ghost") eliminated two Russian soldiers with a single shot from a distance of 4 kilometers, near the city of Pokrovsk, in the Donetsk region.
The shot, confirmed by the Ukrainian army and publicized by military analyst Yuri Butusov, is considered a world record. According to the New York Post, a Ukrainian-made "Alligator" rifle, caliber 14.5 mm, was used, aided by artificial intelligence and drones.
The bullet passed through a building window where the two soldiers were located.
The distance of 4,000 meters is the longest recorded successful shot in combat, surpassing the previous record of 3,800 meters by a Ukrainian sniper in 2023 with the "Lord of the Horizon" rifle. A previous record was held by a Canadian sniper (3,540 meters) in Afghanistan in 2017.
The "Alligator" rifle has an initial bullet velocity of 980-1,000 meters/second and was designed by the Ukrainian company XADO-Holding.
