French President Emmanuel Macron stated that the Nobel Peace Prize, which Donald Trump desires, could only become a reality if the latter stops the war between Israel and Palestinians. The statement was made in an interview with BFMTV from New York.

Macron referred to France's recognition of the State of Palestine, stressing that its establishment will only become a reality when Israel also recognizes it. He also warned that France will defend its interests in the event of Israeli retaliation.

Furthermore, Macron denounced the anti-Semitic rhetoric of the far-left in France, especially in schools and universities, emphasizing that there is no place for such behavior in the French Republic.
