Lufthansa Suspends Flights Over Iraq and Iran

German airline group Lufthansa has announced that its aircraft will bypass the airspace of Iraq and Iran "until further notice" due to recent threats from the United States towards Tehran.
Furthermore, Lufthansa flights to and from Israel and Jordan will operate as daily missions until Monday, with crews returning without overnight stays. Flight cancellations are possible.
Iran closed its airspace for over two hours for most flights, except for international flights and those departing from the country, according to FlightRadar24.
