White House: 'All Options on the Table' for Greenland

The White House stated that 'all options are on the table' regarding Greenland, but diplomacy remains the first choice. Spokesperson Karoline Leavitt emphasized that the acquisition of Greenland is being 'actively discussed' by the president and the national security team, as it is considered 'favorable for U.S. national security'.
President Trump, according to Leavitt, wants to deter the aggression of Russia and China in the Arctic region. Asked about the possibility of military action, Leavitt replied that 'all options are always on the table,' but diplomacy remains the priority.
Leavitt also referred to the case of Venezuela, saying that Trump tried diplomacy with Nicolás Maduro, but he was 'irresponsible'.
