Lavrov: US-EU deal a blow to European industry

Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov described the trade agreement between the European Union and the United States as a very harsh blow to European industry.
The head of Russian diplomacy noted that such an approach would lead to further deindustrialization of Europe and a shift of investment from Europe to the USA.
Sergey Lavrov stated that it is clear that American energy resources will be significantly more expensive than Russian ones. He also noted that the agreement will have negative consequences on energy prices, as well as on agriculture and industry in Europe.
