Kremlin: No Reaction from Zelenskyy to Moscow's Offer for Talks

The Kremlin announced that there has been no reaction from Volodymyr Zelenskyy to Moscow's invitation for talks aimed at a peaceful settlement. Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov stated that Moscow is the framework being considered for a possible meeting between Vladimir Putin and Volodymyr Zelenskyy.

Yuri Ushakov, Kremlin advisor on foreign policy issues, stated yesterday that Russia is inviting Zelenskyy to Moscow, if he is ready to meet with Putin. Peskov stressed that hypothetical discussions are not conducive.
