KKE Condemns US Visa Revocation for Abbas

The KKE (Communist Party of Greece) has condemned the decision by the United States to revoke the entry visas of the President of the Palestinian Authority, M. Abbas, and the Palestinian delegation, ahead of the UN General Assembly in New York.

In a statement, the KKE called the decision "despicable," emphasizing that the American government is preparing a "grand" welcome for Benjamin Netanyahu, supporting a state responsible for the genocide of the Palestinian people.

The KKE called on the ND government, as a non-permanent member of the UN Security Council, to condemn the US decision, demand its revocation, and proceed with the recognition of a Palestinian state within the 1967 borders, with East Jerusalem as its capital, in accordance with the unanimous decision of the Greek Parliament in 2015.
