Keith Kellogg: Russia Shows No Desire for Diplomatic End to War

Keith Kellogg, the U.S. special envoy to Ukraine, stated that Russia shows no desire to end the war diplomatically. The statement followed the largest attack of the war, which struck the cabinet offices in Kyiv.

"Russia appears to be escalating, with the largest attack of the war, hitting offices of the UKR Cabinet in Kyiv," Keith Kellogg wrote in a post on the X platform. "The attack is not an indication that Russia wants to end the war diplomatically," he added.

The overnight bombing in Kyiv and other areas, with hundreds of drones and missiles, is considered the largest air attack launched by Russia since the start of the war in February 2022.
