K. Kellogg: Russian strikes on Kyiv are 'outrageous'

Donald Trump's special envoy for Ukraine has described the Russian strikes on Kyiv as "outrageous," adding that they undermine the American president's mediation efforts to end the war.

In a post on the "Ex" platform, Keith Kellogg also wrote that the attacks threaten the peace that the President of the United States is trying to achieve. He added that they caused the deaths of innocent civilians and damage to the delegations of the European Union and the United Kingdom in the Ukrainian capital.
