Israel: Herzog Undecided on Netanyahu Pardon

Israeli President Isaac Herzog announced he has not decided whether to pardon Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.

Commenting on statements by Donald Trump, the President's office noted that Netanyahu's request is currently being reviewed by the Ministry of Justice for legal advice.

President Herzog will consider the request based solely on the interest of the State of Israel, without being influenced by external or internal pressures.
