Iran: At Least 3,428 Protesters Killed

At least 3,428 protesters have been killed in Iran since the start of anti-government demonstrations, according to the NGO Iran Human Rights (IHR).

The Norway-based organization reports that the number of victims has increased due to new information from sources within the Iranian Ministries of Health and Education. IHR also reports more than 10,000 arrests.

The NGO warns that the number of victims is a minimum, as there are indications of even greater violence.
