Iran and IAEA Agree on Nuclear Facility Inspections

Iran and the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) have reached an agreement on a "new framework for cooperation" to resume inspections of Iran's nuclear facilities. The agreement was announced after a meeting in Cairo.
Iran had suspended cooperation with the IAEA following previous bombings of its nuclear facilities by Israel and the United States in June.
IAEA chief Rafael Grossi stated on platform X that "practical ways to resume inspections" were agreed upon with the Iranian Foreign Minister. Iranian diplomatic spokesman Esmail Baghaei confirmed the agreement, emphasizing that the course of action was determined within the new framework of cooperation.
