Iran: Tehran Claims Victory, Presents 10-Point Plan

Tehran has announced that "almost all war goals have been achieved" and has transmitted a 10-point plan to Washington. According to the Permanent Mission of the Islamic Republic of Iran to the UN, the country's Supreme National Security Council claims that Iranian forces have "led the enemy to historical weakness and lasting defeat."
The 10-point plan, transmitted through Pakistan, includes "regulated passage through the Strait of Hormuz under the coordination of the Iranian Armed Forces," an end to the war against the "Axis of Resistance," the withdrawal of American forces from the region, full compensation to Iran, and the lifting of sanctions.
Iran will participate in two weeks of negotiations in Islamabad, following approval from Supreme Leader Μοτζταμπά Χαμενεΐ, but clarifies that this "does not mean an end to the war." A cessation of hostilities will only be accepted once all the details of the plan are finalized.
The announcement emphasizes that the talks constitute a "national negotiation and continuation of the battlefield," warning that "our hands remain on the trigger."
