G7: Possible Sanctions on States Supporting Russian Invasion

The Finance Ministers of the Group of Seven (G7) discussed the possibility of imposing sanctions on states that support the Russian invasion of Ukraine.

According to a statement by the Canadian Ministry of Finance, the meeting focused on measures to increase pressure on Russia in order to end the war. The measures include economic and trade tariffs on those who support the Russian military campaign.
