Ukrainian Drone Attack on Moscow: Explosions and Damage

A significant Ukrainian drone attack occurred in Moscow and its surroundings, causing disruption and damage. The Russian Ministry of Defense announced that a total of 93 drones were shot down in nine administrative regions overnight.
According to reports, 19 of the drones were in the airspace of the Moscow region. In Zelenograd, explosions were reported, causing damage to buildings and broken windows. In another area, two vehicles caught fire, likely from fragments of a downed drone, while in the village of Golubye, the explosions were so strong that they caused vibrations in the walls and windows of houses.
The mayor of Moscow, Sergei Sobyanin, stated that Russian anti-aircraft systems shot down at least 16 drones heading towards the city. The capital's four main airports — Sheremetyevo, Domodedovo, Vnukovo, and Zhukovsky — temporarily suspended flights, causing disruptions to air traffic.
Similar scenes were recorded in the Kaluga region, where residents heard drone noises and reported the activation of Russian air defense systems.
